Standard Services:

Random surveillance and observation, walk through the interior and exterior of home, vehicle re-arranging and start up, check and secure windows, check appliances, flush toilet, check for visible water leaks, flush water traps, monitor utilities, pick up paper, flyers etc. from driveway and yard, set utilities during trip and your return home, emergency notification.

Home checks are billed in advance per calendar month.

CUSTOM SERVICES: We always strive to cater to our clients. More tailored services can be provided upon request such as delivering vehicles for automotive services, starting automobiles regularly, checking on your pets, turning the lights in the home on and off at certain times of day while performing service checks and much more!

CONTRACTOR ESTIMATES:  We will meet with various contractors needed at your home such as landscaping services, pool cleaning services, A/C repairmen, cleaning services, etc and stay on the property upon request until the service is finished. If you do not have a contractor to provide the services we can refer one.
