  • Visible signs of water leaks around property and in garage
  • Schedule and monitor landscaping and pest control services; perform minor weed control
  • Lawn, landscaping and irrigation services are performing satisfactorily
  • Maintain sprinkler/drip system schedule and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure waste and recycle receptacles have been serviced and have been properly stored away
  • Circuit breaker is set, per instructions
  • Clean up any trash, flyers, newsletters on the premise and any other signs of owner absenteeism

  • Inspect the exterior of the home for bird holes, and stucco problems
